Concept and sustainability

Both the porch and the patio, are sun and thermal passive control systems that respond to a passive concept of natural and efficient sustainability which ensures comfort and well-being.

There is a multifunctional band which includes the kitchen, the laundry room and the bathroom as a background for the living/dining and bedrooms, that offers privacy with respect to the street and entrance areas. At the same time, it structures and orders all the installations in an efficient and practical way, protecting us from the most public outdoor areas. This structural element gives support to the rest of the rooms that face the garden and landscape.

Per tal de poder adaptar millor els espais segons les vostres necessitats, us proposem unes versions amb més o menys habitacions: XS, S, M, L, XL.

The ideal bedroom

The patio, situated in the hall, clearly sectors the dining/living areas from the bedrooms. The bedroom suite is located in a privileged position. It has a large dressing room with a hall where you can access the bathroom. The bathroom suite is designed with a separate water area to enjoy a relaxing moment in a pleasant and light space.

The living room is very spacious and versatile. The patio as a backdrop with the views of the garden make a unique setting for relaxation and leisure. The flexibility and comfort of this space generate an ideal environment for daily activity

Cooking an experience

The kitchen was designed with the primary concept of functionality, with a large working area and a lot of storage space. Discretely from the end of the kitchen there is direct access to the laundry room. Towards the other end, the kitchen extends into the porch, forming an outdoor space for cooking or barbecue which is very practical for dining outdoors during periods of good weather.
